Turkey can enter Israel as it once entered Nagorno-Karabakh and Libya, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said.
“Just as we entered Karabakh and Libya, we will do the same with them. There is nothing impossible; we just have to be strong to take such steps,” Erdoğan said.
Thus, the Turkish president once again expressed his support for Palestine. He also said that Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas did not respond to Turkey’s proposal to make a speech in the country’s parliament in parallel with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech in the U.S. Congress on July 24. Earlier, Erdoğan had called on Abbas to apologize for not responding to Ankara’s invitation.
