I have no lever to raise any issue before RA state agencies.
Human Rights Defender of Artsakh Gegham Stepanyan said this to the press
outside the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Artsakh in Yerevan.
“I can merely offer people certain legal advice or refer
them to the RA ombudsman’s office. This is the only power that rests with the
body led by me,” he said.
To remind, today, the people of Artsakh staged a protest
outside the Permanent Representation of Artsakh in Yerevan.
