The agreement on comprehensive partnership between Russia and Iran may be signed at the BRICS summit in Kazan in October, Iranian Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali told TASS.
“We have discussed this issue with our Russian partners. There is a big chance in October,” the diplomat said in response to the question about the dates of signing the agreement with Russia.
At the same time, Jalali did not rule out the possibility that the parties may postpone the conclusion of the said document for a separate meeting, which can be held either in Tehran or in Moscow.
