The death toll of the Israel Defense Forces from the hostilities against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon is rising rapidly, but this information is being hidden in Israel, EurAsia Daily writes, referring to Muhammad Afif, the organization’s representative.
“Today, the number of casualties among the enemy forces is high, and news about it began to spread, appearing in the mass media. They have been able to count their losses and despite all the cover-up attempts that military censors usually make regarding frontline losses, now it has come out of their control and they have to accept because the losses are obvious,” Afif said.
According to him, every few minutes there are reports in the Israeli press about a “major incident” that took place in the north, which testify to the killed and wounded in the ranks of the Israel Defense Forces.
