Russia strives for the demilitarization of Ukraine by
securing a neutral status for it. Russian President Vladimir Putin said this in
a live video call.
“As the Ukrainian side does not want to negotiate, we have
to take other measures,” he said.
Putin noted peace will be established only when Russia
achieves its goals.
