Catholicos of Cilicia Aram I and former Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court Luis Moreno Ocampo have discussed issues related to the rights of Artsakh Armenians on Nov. 1.
The focus of the conversation was raising the issue of the rights of Artsakh Armenians in the light of the COP29 international conference to be held in Azerbaijan on Nov. 11-22.
Highly appreciating Ocampo’s help in protecting the rights of the Armenians of Artsakh, Aram I said that he has been engaged in works for the protection of the rights of the Armenians of Artsakh and the release of prisoners in recent weeks.
