Azerbaijan refuses to withdraw from the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia. Moreover, this is not the first time. The foreign minister of Azerbaijan announced in 2023 that even in the case of border delimitation and demarcation, they are not ready to leave the sovereign territory of Armenia.
