Araghchi: Tehran is ready to send forces to Syria if Damascus officially requests it

Iran is ready to discuss the issue of sending its forces to Syria if there is a relevant official request from Damascus, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said in a statement.

“In the case of an official request from Damascus, Iran is ready to consider sending forces to Syria,” Tasnim news agency said, citing Araghchi.
