Narishkin: Azerbaijan and Armenia are not heeding the proposals for a peaceful resolution from the US and the EU

The U.S. is losing the initiative on all fronts, while in the post-Soviet space, Washington has started to falter, Director of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service Sergey Narishkin said.

“The U.S. ‘obsession’ in Ukraine is beginning to have a destructive impact on the entire global financial and geopolitical system built by Washington. In the post-Soviet space, they have completely failed,” Narishkin stated. According to him, Azerbaijan and Armenia are not actually heeding the proposals for a peaceful resolution from the U.S. and the EU either, preferring to solve all issues independently.
