Erdoğan promises to prevent Syria’s partition

Turkey will not tolerate the partition of Syria and is ready to take swift action to prevent such a scenario, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said in an address to the public following a government meeting.

“We will not allow the division of Syria or the disruption of its unity. If necessary, we will take prompt steps to prevent such threats,” Erdoğan noted.
