Fidan: Turkey understands Azerbaijan’s concerns regarding Armenia

Peace in the South Caucasus is in everyone’s interest, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said in a press conference with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

Fidan revealed that issues related to the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia were also discussed during the meeting with Bayramov, APA reports.

Fidan noted that Turkey understands Azerbaijan’s concerns regarding Armenia.

“The agreement reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia to establish a delimitation commission is an important step,” he stated.
