Regarding Nikol Pashinyan’s participation in the May 9 celebration organized in Russia, I cannot comment. He might decide at the last moment not to go.

A very serious incident occurred at the Nor Nork district; an official should control themselves regardless of provocations. The issue is within the remit of the Hanrapetutyun Party and the mayor’s decision.
