Today, members of the Opening initiative staged a protest
outside the building of the RA Foreign Ministry.
“We demand that the RA Foreign Ministry urgently
provide us with the documents that have been sent to different international
organizations and states, including the U.N. Security Council, the EU, the
OSCE, the OSCE Minsk Group, PACE, the ECHR, the International Court of Justice
(ICJ), the U.S., the Russian Federation, France, the U.K., China, etc.,”
one of the protesters noted.
The protesters were demanding that the RA Foreign Ministry
take certain steps toward lifting the blockade of Artsakh and averting the
humanitarian disaster. They also demanded that the FM defend and get back Vagif
Khachatryan, a patient, who was being transferred from Stepanakert to Yerevan
under the ICRC mediation and resident of Hin Shen Rashid Beglaryan, who was
abducted by Azerbaijan.
