Arayik Harutyunyan to give a speech

At 10:00 p.m. today, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan
will give a speech.

“The seven-month blockade of Artsakh and specifically
the one-month total siege continue to deepen the security and humanitarian
crisis facing our people day by day. I will briefly refer to the desperate
situation we are currently placed in and to what should be done with that
regard,” Arayik Harutyunyan made a Facebook post
