Against the backdrop of the nationwide movement in Artsakh,
Azerbaijan has become more active in military-political and informational
spheres. According to the expert, Azerbaijani foreign minister’s statement that
the residents of Artsakh, being in a blockade, can use the Aghdam-Stepanakert
road to obtain means of subsistence, bring the negotiations to a dead end.
