Azerbaijan again blocks entry to Artsakh, banning movement of Red Cross vehicles

The state border service of Azerbaijan has informed about
the decision to close the illegal crossing point in Lachin corridor. Traffic
was completely stopped, and the movement of vehicles of the International Committee
of the Red Cross was banned.

The Azerbaijani side claims that cases of transporting
contraband goods in ICRC vehicles have been detected.
