With regard to the blockade of the Lachin corridor by Azerbaijan, we would like to emphasize that such actions constitute a violation of the provisions of the November 9, 2020 statement signed by the Russian, Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders. Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said this.
“Such actions aggravate tension and are not conducive to the creation of a healthy environment for the process of normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia with the help of Russia,” said Zakharova.
