Perfect peace along Armenia-Azerbaijan border today: Highlights from Pashinyan’s speech

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said he gratefully accepted the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity after being informed of his selection, he told lawmakers during a parliamentary Q&A session.

Highlights from Pashinyan’s speech:

• I am one of the three recipients of the Zayed Award; the second is Aliyev, and the third is an activist.
• We want integrity in office and zero corruption, Pashinyan said, referring to large bonuses.
• I am very pleased that four more individuals held in Azerbaijan have returned home.
• Today, there is perfect peace along the entire Armenia-Azerbaijan border. But Armenia has never — and will never — let down its guard.”
