On Feb. 6, 2024, another meeting was held between President of the Republic of Artsakh Samvel Shahramanyan and ARF Bureau Representative Hagop Der-Khatchadourian. The representative of the Central Committee of the ARF in Artsakh, Artur Mosiyan, also attended the meeting.
They discussed a number of issues regarding the need to preserve the state agencies of Artsakh, the return of Artsakh Armenians to Artsakh and the protection of other rights, the social, economic and legal conditions for Artsakh Armenians in Armenia and humanitarian aid.
The president of the Republic of Artsakh put forward his ideas regarding the status of Artsakh and further actions.
The ARF Bureau Representative presented the work that has been done by the offices and committees of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun and the Armenian Cause.
In the end, it was decided to continue the meetings.
