Zelenskyy suggests Azerbaijan participate in “peace formula”

Ukraine will be happy to see Azerbaijan participating in the “peace formula”. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this in Kyiv at a press conference on Feb. 25, in response to the Azerbaijani news agency Report’s question, eadaily.com writes.

“Azerbaijan supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Azerbaijan is a supporter of sovereign rights and peace. We will, of course, be glad if Azerbaijan participates in the peace formula if possible,” Zelenskyy said.

The “peace formula”, brought forward by Zelenskyy in early 2023, suggests the complete withdrawal of Russian troops, the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine within the 1991 borders, the release of all POWs, and the insurance of nuclear, food and environmental safety.
