US State Department calls on Yerevan and Baku to try to reach durable and lasting agreement

Washington continues to call on Armenia and Azerbaijan to try to reach a durable and lasting agreement. Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State Matthew Miller said this at a press briefing.

Miller said this in response to the question as to what the U.S. expects from the meeting between Armenia and Azerbaijan to be held in Berlin.

“I don’t have any announcements to make, but we continue to encourage both sides to try to reach a durable, lasting agreement,” Miller said.
