Disputed territories are few in Tavush; We are now looking for people who will say and prove that these territories are part of Armenia: Key points of Alen Simonyan’s statement
Starting border delimitation from Tavush is correct. Little controversy exists in this regard.
We are now looking for the people who consider these territories part of Armenia and can prove their point.
I do not rule out the possibility that Azerbaijan may attack. Why shouldn’t they do so? They have said about it openly.
What we want is to get a border. In the places where Armenia stands ahead, it should withdraw; in the places where Azerbaijan is ahead, it should, of course, make a mirror withdrawal of troops.
Regarding the territory of Armenia, we haven’t even entered into bargaining. For instance, there have been talks about a corridor for two years. Why didn’t we make concessions? As that is an obvious thing: It is under our jurisdiction.
Armenia can show its territory meter by meter. No territory of the Republic of Armenia can be subject to bargaining.
I thanked Tsikhanouskaya in the corridor for her positive remarks about Armenia.
