He has already nothing to do with our country and symbols: Archbishop Bagrat Galsatnyan about Pashinyan
Archbishop Bagrat Galsatnyan spoke at Sardarapat Memorial about Pashinyan not visiting the memorial. He noted that there are two reasons for that.
“First, he already has nothing to do with this country, with our symbols. He declared that there is a real and a historical Armenia, and this is a part of historical Armenia, and in his opinion, it has nothing to do with the “real Armenia”. Second, maybe he has been told from outside not to go as there is a country beyond that border,” Archbishop Bagrat said.
With regard to the reasoning that Pashinyan did not visit Sardarapat in order to avoid clashes, Archbishop Bagrat said: “Have we ever provoked anyone? We are here on pilgrimage. With my friends, for the first time in my life, we raised the tricolor here; this is a holy place for us. One should not get into miserable discourse,” he said.
