Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has confirmed his willingness to promote cooperation with Azerbaijan. Lukashenko said this at a meeting with President of the Azerbaijani Milli Mejlis Sahiba Gafarova.
Oleg Gaidukevich, a deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, for his part, told BelTA that Belarusians bring only peace. “What have we offered Karabakh? We have offered peace and normal life to people; we help to build and do not interfere in politics; we don’t tell any country how to live or how to hold elections; we don’t want to build “buy&sell” relations, but we are talking about long-term work,” Gaidukevich said.
