Armenian Ambassador to Russia Vagharshak Harutyunyan was on a working visit to the city of Belgorod. Harutyunyan got acquainted with the damages caused to residential buildings by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He also visited local educational and sports institutions.
“This is a place of grief for dozens of people—not only for those who were injured; it also psychologically affects the whole city. Here we have one feeling: compassion. And there is a great desire for this to end quickly,” Harutyunyan told the press.
