The tripartite meeting between Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has begun in Washington, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia reports.
Mirzoyan and Bayramov were invited to Washington to attend the NATO summit.
