A large-scale military escalation between Armenia and Azerbaijan is not expected, Fitch Ratings said.
In its forecasts on the economy of Azerbaijan, the agency also referred to the negotiations between Yerevan and Baku, noting that Azerbaijan insists on making changes to the Constitution of Armenia, which could be a politically difficult decision for the Armenian government.
