The people of Artsakh have the right to return. French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies said this in response to the head of the Azerbaijani diplomatic mission in the Netherlands.

The Baku envoy in Amsterdam did not like it, and he reprimanded Decottignies in response. The latter decided not to remain silent and reminded Rahman Mustafayev about the legal rights of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, established by the international court.
