Beirut airport flights canceled due to Israeli attack fears
Flights at Beirut airport have been canceled or delayed amid insurance risks, as tensions escalate between Israel and Hezbollah, Reuters writes.
A rocket strike killed 12 teenagers and children in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights on Saturday.
Israel’s security cabinet on Sunday authorized the government to respond to the strike. Hezbollah, in turn, denied any responsibility for the attack.
A number of Turkish, Greek and Ethiopian airlines have also canceled flights scheduled to land in Beirut on Monday.
