President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree, which reads as follows:
“Considering the Prime Minister’s recommendation, under Article 132, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution, and Article 13, Part 3 and Article 14 of the Law on Diplomatic Service, Armenian Ambassador to India Vahagn AFYAN is jointly appointed the ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (residence: New Delhi).”
