Azerbaijan has no obligation to release the illegally captured military and political leadership of occupied Artsakh, Aykhan Hajizadeh, the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, said in a statement.
“Following the principles of humanism, Azerbaijan has returned all the POWs to Armenia,” Hajizadeh said.
