If we agree on four issues of the peace treaty, four other issues will be left to agree on: Pashinyan’s statements in Parliament
There is an agreed article in the draft of the peace treaty, according to which, there is a mechanism that the parties will be in constant consultation regarding the implementation of this treaty; it will be a commission-like body, and it also implies the establishment of diplomatic relations.
We are not proposing a 13-article peace treaty, we are proposing a 16-article peace treaty, and we have agreed on the content of all 16 articles.
If the approach is that we won’t sign it until we have settled all the important issues, we will never sign it.
If we agree on four more important issues, four other important issues will be left to agree on.
