Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan: We express our solidarity and support to the residents of Lori and Tavush provinces, who have been struck with a disaster today

It is extremely difficult to see how the most beautiful part of our country is being struck by a natural disaster, causing many concerns to all of us. Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, the primate of the Diocese of Tavush, said this in a live broadcast. 

“We express our solidarity and support to the residents of Lori and Tavush provinces, who have been struck with a disaster today. At night, we established contact with the heads of communities and the clergy and expressed our willingness to visit them personally and in groups to understand their problems, thereby sharing their problems in spiritual and material ways,” Archbishop Bagrat said.

He also talked about the nationwide rally to be staged today. “It will not be postponed,” the archbishop said. In an address to the residents of Tavush and Lori provinces, Archbishop Bagrat urged them to take care of their families and not to take part in today’s rally.
