A charge was filed against a 57-year-old man in Malatia-Sebastia administrative district on the basis of reasonable suspicion of attempted kidnapping of a minor. The man was arrested. Gor Abrahamyan, the press secretary of the Armenian Investigative Committee, told ABCmedia.
“The person was arrested under Article 191, Part 2, Clause 3 of the Armenian Criminal Code for the attempted kidnapping of a minor. Detention was chosen as a preventive measure against him,” Abrahamyan said.
