
Powerful blast rocks Iran’s Bandar Abbas port
On April 26 at noon, a powerful explosion occurred at the Bandar Abbas port in southern Iran, Iranian media reports.
The port’s administrative building was damaged in the explosion. The blast was so intense that it was felt on Kish Island in the Persian Gulf, which is located 20 kilometers from the port. According to international media, the cause of the explosion was a fire that broke out in a fuel tank.
