The Lebanese people will never give up in the fight against Israel, says Hezbollah leader

Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem has declared that the Lebanese people will never give up in the fight against Israel, adding that Hezbollah rejects the possibility of normalizing relations with Israel, as it would mean humiliation for the movement.

“Threats will not make us surrender, and it is unacceptable to ask us to soften our positions or abandon our weapons while the aggression continues,” Qassem added.

He noted that Israel must withdraw its troops from Lebanon, halt its aggression against the country, and release the prisoners.

He also accused Israel of violating the ceasefire agreement.
