Trump: After the change of power in Washington, Kyiv should not rely on the same amount of military aid
After the change of power in Washington, Kyiv should not rely on the same levels of military aid that were available during the Joe Biden administration, U.S. President-elect Donald Trump said in an interview with NBC News.
Among other things, Trump noted that Ukraine can “possibly” expect U.S. support to decrease.
At the same time, Trump announced his intention to resolve the conflict. “If I can,” he added, discussing the prospects for a settlement.
Trump has repeatedly stated that if he had been the U.S. president instead of Joe Biden, the conflict in Ukraine would never have started.
He also claimed that if elected, he could reach a settlement in just 24 hours.
