Stepanakert has bread today

Since early morning, bakeries have reopened in Stepanakert,
ABC Media’s correspondent in Artsakh reports.

Two loaves of bread cost 100 drams per person.

In Stepanakert and in other regions, there was no shooting
throughout the night.
