Red Cross transfers 9 wounded from Martuni to
Stepanakert
Under the mediation of the International Committee of the
Red Cross, nine wounded have been transferred from Martuni to Stepanakert. ICRC
Artsakh Office Communication Officer Eteri Musayelyan said this to Armenpress.

Troops withdrawal and evacuated people’s return discussed
under Russian mediation
Under the mediation of the Russian peacekeepers, talks are
being held with the Azerbaijani side to arrange the withdrawal of the troops
and to ensure the evacuated people’s return to their homes, Artsakh InfoCenter
reports.
The procedure of people’s entry into and exit from Artsakh
is being discussed as well.

There were no shootings in Stepanakert at night. People,
evacuated from different regions to Stepanakert, have been provided with
accommodation. Some of them are at their relatives’ houses, some are in
shelters and safe places, ABC Media’s correspondent in Artsakh reports.
The situation in Ivanyan was also stable.
