Russia’s and Ukraine’s human rights commissioners meet

Russian Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova met with Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets.

“Yesterday, another meeting took place with Dmytro Lubinets, Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights. We discussed matters concerning prisoners of war on both sides, the future prospects of humanitarian contacts, the return of civilians, and family reunification,” Moskalkova wrote on Telegram.
