Exaggerated document: What to expect from Armenia-US strategic partnership agreement

A strategic partnership commission charter has been signed between the United States and Armenia. Expert opinions are divided into two camps: one exaggerates its significance, presenting it as equivalent to a military partnership document, while the other downplays it, attempting to equate its impact to zero.
