Former Adviser to the State Minister of Artsakh Artak
Beglaryan posted a photo on his Facebook page, depicting a person who now poses
as a representative of the Red Crescent, but earlier pretended to be an
“eco-activist”.
“This is yet another piece of clear evidence pointing to the
hypocrisy and acts of terrorism committed by Azerbaijan. This person posed as a
fake “eco-activist” for months, blocking the only road from Artsakh to Armenia
near Shushi.
Now, he pretends to be providing “humanitarian aid” to the
people of Artsakh through Azerbaijan’s Red Crescent.
This person can be either an Azerbaijani intelligence agent,
who appears everywhere with a certain task, or a representative of the Red
Crescent filled with hatred for Armenians. Both scenarios attest to the
hypocrisy and acts of terrorism committed by the Azerbaijani authorities, as
well as the serious threats facing the people of Artsakh. How can a criminal
turn to a person providing humanitarian aid to his victims?” Beglaryan wrote.
