Before submitting his resignation letter, Artsakh President
Arayik Harutyunyan dismissed Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan from his
post. Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh Samvel Shahramanyan has been
appointed to the post.
According to Harutyunyan, he has appointed Shahramanyan to
the post, considering his “principled approaches, flexibility, professional
experience and skills, which are directly related to both national security and
state administration.”
