According to our sources, Secretary of the Security Council
of Artsakh Samvel Shahramanyan will be appointed to the post of state
minister. Artsakh NA President Davit Ishkhanyan will carry out the president’s
duties until the parliament appoints a new president. The presidential
candidate will be Samvel Shahramanyan.
