People arrested in connection with shots outside Artsakh president’s residence

At night, an armed attack on the residence of the Artsakh
president was reported to the police. 

The officers of the Stepanakert Police Administration
arrived at the scene. Two residents of Stepanakert, namely T. H., born in 1983
and A. A., born in 1981, have been arrested on suspicion of committing the
crime. The two people were under the influence of alcohol.

The police officers found out that around 3:00 a.m., being
under the influence of alcohol, the two people arrived at the president’s
residence, and under prior agreement, fired shots at the building and the
security personnel on duty.  

The materials regarding the case have been sent to the
Investigative Committee. A criminal case has been brought.
