Bride’s parents’ home burns down during wedding in US

In North Carolina, US, the Register family lost their home during their daughter’s wedding, ABC 12 reports.

The couple learned the tragic news at the moment when the bride was preparing to dance with her father. A neighbor called the father and said she had gone out to walk her dog and saw their house on fire.

Firefighters arrived just minutes after the emergency call, but it was already too late.

However, the house was not the only thing the Register family lost.

“Money, pictures, memories. We had stuff from our family from the late 1800s, early 1900s — everything’s gone, and we lost the three puppies, too,” family members said.
