Adhering to his principles, Pashinyan is trying to justify
the cession of Artsakh, selling the idea that it is not him, but the people of
Artsakh who are to blame for the cession. Secretary of the NA With Honor
Faction Tigran Abrahamyan made a Facebook post on this.
“Pashinyan assigned the principal part of the
negotiation process to the Secretary of the RA State Council, who is a native
of Artsakh, who has no scruples about the authorities’ slogan ‘Artsakh is
Azerbaijan’. When it comes to Artsakh, Nikol is trying to get the upper hand in
the street as well and to form the opposition that would advance his own
interests.
What is going on in Artsakh today can be described as
“Nikolization”, because the rules of the game that they are trying to
establish are in keeping with Pashinyan’s ideology,” he wrote.
According to the MP, instead of going ahead with a crisis
management plan, the authorities of Artsakh are busy carrying out Pashinyan’s
orders, contributing to the traitorous policy developed by the RA authorities,
i.e. ‘Artsakh can exist only within Azerbaijan’.
“And no matter what their motives in getting involved
in this process were, no matter how they did it, knowingly or unknowingly, for
revenge or for money, for personal security or for escaping from reality. It
all makes no difference now.
The Armenian authorities are trying to cede Artsakh as soon
as possible. And the only “obstacle” in their way is the resisting
people of Artsakh,” he wrote.
