Davit Ishkhanyan was elected NA President of the Republic of
Artsakh by a vote of 22 in favor and 9 against.
To remind, ARF member Davit Ishkhanyan was nominated by the
ruling party in Artsakh.
An emergency meeting of the Artsakh NA was convened. The
election of the NA president was on the agenda.
The ruling Free Motherland – UCA Alliance put up Leader of
ARF “Dashnaktsutyun” faction Davit Ishkhanyan as the NA president.
