Ishkhanyan as NA President.
An emergency meeting of the Artsakh NA has begun. The
election of the NA president is on the agenda.
The ruling Free Motherland – UCA Alliance has put up Leader
of ARF “Dashnaktsutyun” faction Davit Ishkhanyan as the NA president.
To remind, Artsakh NA President Artur Tovmasyan resigned
from office on July 29 on account of health problems.
