Artsakh NA President: Tomorrow I will submit a letter of resignation

Artsakh NA President Artur Tovmasyan will submit a
resignation letter tomorrow.

“I have made a decision to resign as president of the
National Assembly of my own accord. However, I will always adhere to the
principles established by our people in the 1991 referendum.

I will serve the Republic of Armenia and its people and the
Republic of Artsakh and its people till the end of my life. May God protect the
Land of Armenia,” he wrote.
